Founder and Principal Architect
Adrián O. Antonini brings over twenty years of instructional leadership, school-based administration, coaching, curriculum design, and educational technology architecture to every engagement. He holds advanced educational leadership certification in both Georgia and Florida, dual-state Spanish K-12 certification, and is completing an Ed.S. in Instructional Technology, Media and Design at the University of West Georgia. He is a GaLEADS-credentialed school-based mentor and a builder of systems that help teachers teach with clarity and help students succeed with precision.
His career spans K-12 and university instruction, school-based administration, district-level curriculum architecture, AI literacy framework development, and the design of diagnostic intelligence systems that move institutions from reactive crisis management to proactive, precision-driven intervention. His work is measured by outcomes, not intentions.
Before building A2 Systems Architecture, Adrián was part of two NCAA Division I National Championship teams at Louisiana State University. The discipline, accountability culture, and performance standards forged in that environment continue to shape his approach to institutional systems, instructional execution, and measurable improvement.

Giselle Antonini is the operational and relational force behind A2 Systems Architecture. She brings more than a decade of institutional operations experience, with deep expertise in processing, documentation, compliance, quality control, and client-facing communication. That background gives her a command of process, accuracy, regulatory expectations, and the language of decision-makers that most education consultants never develop.
Giselle also brings ten years of experience in event management and institutional relations at a nationally respected elite private school, where she has built deep relationships across faculty, administration, and the parent community. That experience gives her an insider's understanding of how high-performing schools operate, what leadership values, and how trust is built and sustained inside an institution.
At A2 Systems Architecture, Giselle leads client relationships from first contact through multi-year engagement. She coordinates the logistics, communication, and follow-through that keep complex institutional partnerships running without friction. She reviews all relationship-facing language before it reaches a client and ensures that what A2 promises, A2 delivers.
